After confirming your bag is covered under warranty, we will either repair your bag or have you keep the replacement. Zero Downtime Service requires a credit card and original proof of purchase. THE 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Veto Pro Pac tool bags are built to stand up to the rigors of professional use. Veto Pro Pac warrants that its merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after retail purchase, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or neglect. Veto Pro Pac’s obligation from this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing the merchandise.
