IMPORTANT: YOU WILL VOID THE WARRANTY IF YOU TRY AND FIX WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE AND DAMAGE THE BAG

Veto Pro Pac’s obligation for our warranty is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing defective merchandise.  Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired, at a customer’s request and at a cost that the customer approves and agrees to pay.  To make the experience as pain free as possible, we offer two ways to process your warranty claim:

STANDARD SERVICE (No proof of purchase required): Once you submit your warranty claim. Veto Pro Pac will review the pictures and, if your warranty is approved, you will receive an email with the warranty claim number and the shipping address to send your Veto Pro Pac for repair. If your bag is not approved for warranty you will receive an email letting you know your bag is not covered by the warranty. Please note if you choose the standard warranty option you will be responsible for shipping the bag to Veto Pro Pac and the shipping is not reimbursable by Veto Pro Pac.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING A STANDARD WARRANTY CLAIM: When we review the pictures, we will determine the age of your bag by the production number on a bag or sales receipt from an Authorized Veto Pro Pac dealer. In 2013 Veto Pro Pac started sewing production numbers in all of the bags to identify the age of the bag. The tag is located behind the www.vetopropac.com tag on the inside of your bag (On small pouches it is located on the back of the pouch). You will be asked to upload a picture of that tag when you submit a standard warranty claim. Once you locate the www.vetopropac.com tag on your bag or pouch, please look behind that tag you and you will see another tag with a code that starts with either 100, 200, or 300, followed by the year and then the month. An example would be a bag made in January of 2019 would have the code 200 2019 01. If the bag has a tag where the date is over 5-years old the bag would be classified as out of warranty. If the bag does not have a production number tag behind the www.vetopropac.com tag the bag would also be classified as out of warranty. Veto Pro Pac will also review the warranty issue in the pictures you submit to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

  • Covered Under Warranty: If the bag is covered under warranty your bag will be repaired or replaced and shipped to you at no charge.
  • Not Covered Under Warranty: If the bag is not covered under warranty, you will be provided with an estimate that will include the repair and return shipping costs.

 

ZERO DOWNTIME SERVICE (Proof of purchase required): If your claim is approved, Veto Pro Pac will ship you a loaner bag with a box and a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged bag to the Veto Pro Pac repair facility. Your credit card will be authorized for the retail price of the loaner bag and a flat rate shipping charge. The authorization will be taken off when the loaner bag is returned to Veto Pro Pac. A sales receipt is required to use this service. If you do not have a copy of your sales receipt, and you would like to use the Zero Downtime service, please contact the authorized dealer you purchased your bag from for a copy of your sales receipt. If you are not able to acquire a copy of your sales receipt all customers can still use Veto Pro Pac’s Standard Warranty Claim option.  The Zero Downtime form has a section to upload your sales receipt and picture of your bag at the bottom of this form, which will appear only after you check off the box after step 1 indicating that you agree to the terms and conditions.

  • Covered Under Warranty: If the bag is covered under warranty your bag will be repaired or replaced and Veto Pro Pac will cover any additional shipping charges.
  • Not Covered Under Warranty: If the bag is not covered under warranty, you will be provided with an estimate that will include the repair and applicable shipping costs.

With Veto Pro Pac's Zero Downtime Warranty Service you will be sent a loaner bag along with a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged bag to our repair facility. It is your responsibility to send your damaged bag to our repair facility within 5 business days of receiving your loaner bag. If you fail to send the damaged bag to our repair  facility or return your loaner bag within 10 business days of receiving your loaner bag, we will assume you would like to keep both bags and you will be you will be billed for the full retail cost of the loaner bag. There are 3 Authorized Veto Pro Pac Sellers on Amazon (Coastal Tool, A-1 Components, and Ralph's Industrial Electronics) If you purchased from 1 of those 3 on Amazon you will fully qualify for Veto Pro Pac's warranty.
