Warranty Claim

At VETO PRO PAC we strive to put out the highest quality products. Veto Pro Pac tool bags are built to stand up to the rigors of  professional use.   Occasionally our products fail in the field and our goal is to get you back up and running with a replacement bag as quickly as possible. Veto Pro Pac warrants that its merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years after retail purchase, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or neglect, and Veto Pro Pac's obligation from this warranty is limited, at its option, to repairing or replacing the merchandise. We process all warranty claims within 48 hours the following two ways:

  1. Standard Service - If you do not have proof of purchase or have it and choose this option, we will send you a shipping label to return your damaged bag.  Upon inspection, if Veto Pro Pac determines that the bag is covered under warranty, Veto Pro Pac will either repair the bag or send you a replacement within 5 business days via ups ground (delivery in 1-7 business days).  If the bag is not covered under warranty and can be repaired, we will provide you with a quote to fix the damaged bag.
  2. Zero Downtime Service - If you have proof of purchase, you have the option to provide Veto Pro Pac with a credit card for authorization purposes.  We will send you a  replacement bag within 48 hours after submitting your warranty claim (via UPS ground - delivery in 1-7 business days) and authorize (not charge) your credit card for the retail price of the replacement bag.  Upon inspection, if Veto Pro Pac determines that the bag is covered under warranty, we will either repair the bag and provide you with a shipping label to return your replacement bag (if you do not return the bag within 7 business days after being notified to return the replacement bag, Veto Pro Pac will charge your credit card for the retail price of the replacement bag) or, if the bag is under warranty and cannot be repaired, allow you to keep the replacement bag and release the credit card authorization.  If the bag is not covered under warranty and can be repaired, we will provide you with a quote to fix the damaged bag. If you want to keep the replacement bag, we will charge your credit card.
